If you lost your code you can retrieve it easily. Just login with your customer account at our store page and check the user area where you can retrieve your key. If you have bought via our old store system just have system send you a new password. After that you can login and access your user account.
If you have reached the maximum number of activations (5) and need a reset then open an Activation Reset support ticket and we will reset it for you.
